my first day of teaching and i choked!!

i bombed it!!!! i did the things i said teachers shouldnt do... i turned mah bacc to the students to frequently.... i was confusing the students more than teachin them... students didnt learn anything they onlii learned that i am going to be a badd teacher... i cant believe myself!!! the teacher even gave me a bad no worse review!!! i am soo embarrassed!!! how can a teacher have bad public speaking skills??!?!??!
